The WSOP Paradise schedule is out

The schedule for the World Series of Poker Paradise has been announced, with a massive increase in the offering.

This time around, the festival takes place between December 2 and December 17, with $120 million guaranteed. There is also an increase in the number of bracelets on offer this year. 20 will be up for grabs.

The tournament takes place at the new venue of the Baha Mar Hotel and Resort. Once again, there are early bird discount packages for High Rollers willing to commit a lot of buy-ins. Players willing to commit at least $100,000 in tournament buy-ins, including the GGMillion$ and Super Main Event, will get a 16-night stay in a deluxe room. Likewise, players willing to commit $300,000 in tournament buy-ins will receive VIP perks on top of that.

A month of High Roller action

20 events and $120 million guaranteed

The festival begins with the Circuit Championship Mystery Bounty event, which is on offer to anyone who won a bracelet or a WSOP-C ring in the previous 12 months. You may remember that this was the topic of controversy recently, when, for a brief period, online ring winners did not count.

The $25,000 Super Main Event will guarantee $50 million and is one of many High Rollers buy-ins. The biggest of which is a $250,000 Invitational event.

This will also be the place where the Player of the Year race concludes. As we suggested to Alex Foxen in our recent interview with him, the race may come down to who does best in High Roller big bet events, because that is what the WSOP Paradise is geared towards.

Expect qualifiers to start immediately at GGPoker.

“WSOP Paradise is the ultimate way to close out the poker calendar - combining world-class high-stakes competition with a luxury vacation experience at Baha Mar,” said Daniel Negreanu, GGPoker Ambassador. “With $120 million guaranteed across 20 bracelet events, the $50 million Super Main Event, and the WSOP Player of the Year race coming down to the wire, the stakes have never been higher. I can’t wait to head to the Bahamas and play for a bracelet in paradise.”
