Min 24: U reisoraised with J8s out of the big blind: What are ur thoughts about your sizing. Is it really nessecary to do it such big? Wouldn´t make it 6,75 either?

@4: I think the sizing is fine, 7.50$ (Potsize) would usually do as well in this spot. I often tend to make it Pot + 1BB when I'm OOP. 6.75$ (3x) would be my raisesize if I'm in position, but OOP I don't like to give my opponents such good pot odds to call me in position.

The trainer hasn't pleased. Plays too тайтово and carefully and isn't able to open bluffs

i think the JT hand was nice played. i don´t really think that such a guy uses the A on the river as a scare card very often.
but personally i wouln´t play such a hand against a raise preflop since i don´t think that i have such a big edge postflop so that i can play the hand +ev.

bottom left table the player left to you 'Leolsc' kept 3-betting you IP and OOP hand after hand and you rarly played back not even 4-bet bluffing or 4-bet, 5 bet pushing with some 77+ to keep him off ballance and not giveing up easy.

min 22-24, upper left, 99: Why do you call on the flop, with which range do you expect villain to cbet?
  • ge5sterne

    #14

@13: I expect Villian to cbet most of his range on that board incl. Overcards with a Gutshot, small pairs because they don't see any other line but to c/f, somce SCs and other random hands besides the onbvious made hands.

I am not a big fan of the call on a paired board where our pair can be counterfeited but we should have enough equity to make the call and also we have enough TPs+ in our range and villian will not necessarily barrel us all that often

AJs hand at 36 min... You cbet so small to induce a raise and then fold?

what does it mean when people say "in a vacuum"? is that just without consideration of future events?
