Spots where you have weak made hands without initiative and out of
position are situations which are tough to handle even for experienced
players.

The following two Platinum articles by OnkelHotte give you a good instruction set to deal with them:

In order to adequately apply the content of these
articles to your game, you have to be able to correctly assess your
equity on the flop. This quiz allows you to check whether you have this
