Community Round-up: Red Sea Delight for Budzior, Yoghi Costa Rica Celebrations
Community member budzior has finished a superb 12th in a large live event in Egypt having qualified online from $4 satellites. Meanwhile across the globe Yoghi was busy taking down a LAPT side event. It's Community Round-up time again.

He's Australian, he works as a Poker Tournament Director and now he's the owner of "Blog of the week"!
Nope, sorry it's not you, but your friend and ours alcatrazzalz and his blog "Taking the Ego out of Poker".
alcatrazzalz is the first to admit to using "shocking BRM" in the past, so is centering this blog around a simple self imposed BRM rule.... namely:
"I will move up in limits when I have at least 40 BI at that level,
and will move back down to the lower level if i have less than 25 BI
for the higher level"
The benefits and progress are already being witnessed and we wish alcatrazzalz continued success in his journey.

Hot Thread of the week
One of the hottest threads this week has been community member lennonac's "challenge me" thread. Many fellow members came forward to help lennonac decide what challenge to set himself.
After losing the $25 bankroll early on, a successful recovery has been made using the player points gained.
Continue to follow and support the challenge in his blog thread (2nd link).
Performances of the Week
Some superb performances again this week, congratulations to all our winners/other performances, which included:
- Congrats to budzior who last week played in the Red Sea Poker Cup event in Egypt having qualified ($3.5k package) from online satellites (as reported in a previous edition of the Round-up). budzior represented himself, his nation and the whole PokerStrategy community very proudly indeed beating lots of well established live event players on his way to a superb 12th overall. To just miss the final table from a quality starting field of 200 players is a tremendous achievement and the community raises it's collective glass to toast our members success. Very well played sir;
- added another great win to his poker c.v. taking down a LAPT side event in Costa Rica netting a cool $35k in winnings;
- hunt32 cashed in multiple tournaments winning $5k, $12k & $35k guaranteed tournaments in the process;
- conall88 won a $3 tournament for $382.14;
- Multiple cashes for omurachu, neverwinter & aciddrop amongst others.
