Community Round-up: We Passed the $500,000 Milestone
In week 38 of the "One Million in One Year" challenge we managed to get past the $500,000 mark. However, our community has a long way to go in order to achieve the ambitious goal of $1 million for this year.

Hot Poker Thread of the Week
Our very own tobycs started a thread where he is asking for your goals in May. Whether it is to play a certain number of hands or making a certain amount of money or even just to not go on tilt. Or as nightfrostass put it: "Play some, win some, enjoy".
Goals have been set for an all new start in the new month, but do not forget to post your results from last month in the April graph thread. Or if you won some money in a tournament, head over to our "one million in a year" challenge thread.
Poker Blog of the Week
silent21 was born in Bulgaria and now lives in the Czech Republic. He gave up his work in order to play poker for a living and plans on founding a poker flat in Bratislava, Slovakia. His goals are not only to be able to live from his winnings but also to become one of the best.
This week silent21 posted an update on his blog, summarizing his April experiences and successes. He also took a coaching which seems to pay off already, as you can see above.

Performances of the Week
This week's biggest winners features Silver member ihufa who won more than $8,000 recently.
Here are some highlights from this week:
- finished 1st and won $5,086 in the $23,5k GTD on Full Tilt Poker
- won $569 in a live event
- letchlord also finished 1st and made $1,309 in the Daily Dollar Rebuy on Full Tilt Poker
- andrisxxx placed 1st and earned himself $906 in the $3k GTD on Party Poker
- sirilidion came in 2nd in a MTT SNG winning $396
Million in a Year - Total Winnings (Week 38): $507,585.75
With the help of this week's greatest performers we broke the $500,000 mark. Although we are still running better than last year we are still behind in pace for the goal of $1,000,000.
