WSOP Daily: Bokkie Places 8th in Event #57, Main Event Kicks off [Video]
Team PokerStragegy.com player, Bokkie, was supposed to play in the Main Event that kicked off today, but he was too busy busting people in Event #57 that his starting day had to wait. Bokkie ended up in 8th place for $43,328.

The WSOP Main Event started today with a total of 897 entries. Team PokerStrategy.com players, 
Nazgul and BongBob started today, along with many other PokerStrategists.
PokerStrategist Phil philgruissem Gruissem squeezed his way into the top 10 chip counts for the day. Unfortunately, BongBob wasn't so fortunate and was sent home just before the day wrapped up.
The remaining 556 players will join the survivors of of day 1C to create the Day 2A field. But first, we'll see what Day 1B has in store.
