Puetz takes down WPT Germany

Puetz wins WPT Germany
510 German hopefuls crossed the border to the King's Casino in Rozvadov to play the €3,300 WPT Germany Main Event over the weekend.
23-year-old Christopher Puetz took it down for €270,000, which includes a seat in the coveted Tournament of Champions event.
A much bigger story was avoided as reigning WSOP Main Event champion and former EPT champion Hossein Ensan missed out on the chance to become a Triple Crown winner. He finished in 7th for €40,000.
Another three-time WPT champion
It has taken the EPT forever just to boast two double winners but over at the World Poker Tour there are now six players with three titles.
The other WPT event this weekend was the Fallsview Poker Classic at Niagara Falls and it was won by Eric Afriat for $394,120.
He also won the WPT Borgata Winter Poker Open in 2018 for $651,928 as well as the Seminole Hard Rock Showdown in 2014 for $1,081,184. He joins Chino Rheem, Anthony Zinno, Gus Hansen, and Carlos Mortensen all as triple winners, with Darren Elias being the only player with four.
Youtube are reinstating poker channels
As we mentioned last week, poker Vloggers were discovering their videos and even channels were being removed on YouTube last week due to an algorithm change that was false flagging their content.
Jaime Staples, who has been organising all the Youtubers together, has reported slow but steady progress, but as you can see there is still a way to go:
