The best fold of the Main Event?

While we wait for the Main Event to reconvene, take a moment to marvel in this remarkable fold from David Diaz.

Bracelet winner David 'Lefty' Diaz did not make the WSOP Main Event final table this year, having to settle for 13th place and $525,000. 

He may yet be remembered for the hand of the tournament with this remarkable fold, super deep and heading towards the final table. 

Top trips top kicker is usually a fist pump snap call but Diaz was able to do that rarest of things, put his opponent on an exact hand. Add that to the pressure of not wanting to look like a nit on TV and this was as good a fold as it gets. 

No doubt he will be lamenting not making the finale, but this fold meant he didn't bust in 14th and laddered to 13th, which was worth $115,000 extra to him. A great reminder that a good fold in tournaments can make you money.
