CoinPoker Freeroll Winner Lands $25K Triton Seat in Jeju

CoinPoker has grown into a versatile online poker platform for cash game and tournament players worldwide, combining crypto-friendly banking with traditional payment methods such as bank cards, local options, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Luxon Pay.

The tournament offering stretches from affordable daily action to major championship events. Current highlights include the Global Online Poker Championship, the monthly CoinMillion, the Daily Dollar and the newly launched K-Poker.

CoinPoker Road to Triton

CoinPoker’s growing presence also extends well beyond the online tables. Its PokerGO partnership has generated serious buzz, with huge pots, fearless bluffs and some of poker’s biggest names taking center stage on High Stakes Poker.

Regular CoinPoker grinders have an even bigger reason to pay attention: one player can turn everyday online action into a $100,000 shot at playing High Stakes Poker in Las Vegas.

And there is already proof that these dream promotions can become very real. CoinPoker’s previous $100,000 Triton giveaway attracted plenty of attention, and its eventual winner is now living the kind of poker experience most players can only dream about.

CoinPoker Freeroll Winner Makes Triton Debut in Jeju

A freeroll on CoinPoker has turned into a dream trip to one of the biggest stages in poker.

Reda Achnit, a 24-year-old computer engineering graduate from Morocco, is making his live tournament debut at the Triton Poker Super High Roller Series in Jeju after winning a package through CoinPoker’s Road to Triton promotion.

The prize covered both his journey to South Korea and entry into Event #5, the $25,000 NLH 8-Handed, which began on September 7 at Les A Casino.

Remarkably, it is not only Achnit’s first Triton event. It is also his first live poker tournament and his first trip outside Morocco.

From a Freeroll to a $25K Triton Event

Achnit, who plays as “achr42” on CoinPoker, qualified without paying a direct tournament buy-in. One freeroll run was enough to transform an online session at home into a seat alongside some of the best players in the world.

At the latest reported stage, Achnit sat 12th from 131 entries after building a strong stack during Day 1.

His first live tournament experience already included battles with established high-stakes pros such as Stephen Chidwick, Eelis Pärssinen and Mike Watson. Jesse Lonis, Aleks Ponakovs and Daniel Dvoress were among the leading stacks.

The scale of the opportunity was certainly not lost on him.

“I don’t know how this happened, but it happened.”

Achnit described winning the package while playing alone from his parents’ home as one of the biggest moments of his life.

A Dream Debut With Serious Intent

The trip also came with a familiar face waiting in Jeju. Moroccan professional Mehdi Chaoui, who helped inspire Achnit to pursue poker, welcomed him at the series before play began.

Despite the extraordinary circumstances, Achnit is approaching the experience with competitive ambitions rather than treating it simply as a dream holiday.

“My honest goal is to perform well.”

His early performance backed up that ambition. Achnit reached a top-ten stack at one stage during Day 1 before later being reported in 12th place.

It was an impressive start and an immediate reminder that the leap from freeroll qualifier to $25K Super High Roller does not have to be purely ceremonial.

CoinPoker’s Triton Connection Keeps Delivering

Achnit’s story is another strong example of what CoinPoker’s live-event promotions can offer regular online players.

The room also partnered with Triton for the Montenegro Super High Roller Series in May, where CoinPoker ambassador Mario Mosböck collected $928,000 after winning another Triton title.

The Road to Triton promotion has now produced a very different success story: a freeroll winner from Morocco sitting down in a $25,000 event against the world’s elite.

For CoinPoker grinders chasing the next major package, it makes these promotions feel considerably more tangible. One online qualifier can genuinely turn into a seat on poker’s biggest high-roller stage.

Papo MC Adds Another Big CoinPoker Result in Jeju

CoinPoker also had plenty to celebrate elsewhere at the Triton Poker Super High Roller Series in Jeju, where ambassador Alejandro “Papo MC” Lococo came close to another major title.

Lococo reached heads-up play in the $20,000 NLH 8-Handed event before finishing runner-up to Klemens Roiter.

Roiter collected $771,000 for the win, while Lococo banked $520,000 for second place.

The final showdown had an added CoinPoker angle, with both players connected to the platform. CoinPoker highlighted the matchup on social media as an all-CoinPoker battle for the title.

Lococo is no stranger to poker’s biggest stages. The Argentinian previously won the 2024 WSOP Paradise Triton Million for $12 million and has remained a regular presence in some of the game’s biggest live events and televised cash games.

His latest Triton score followed another eventful stretch on the CoinPoker-presented High Stakes Poker on PokerGO, where he rebounded from a $1.021 million loss in one session to finish another with a $624,000 profit.

For CoinPoker, the result adds another high-profile deep run to a week already packed with Triton exposure, live-event success and stories connecting the online platform directly with poker’s biggest stages.

CoinPoker $100K High Stakes Poker Giveaway

CoinPoker is also giving regular online players the chance to turn their grind into a seat on another of poker’s biggest stages through its $100,000 High Stakes Poker giveaway with PokerGO.

Players who register with the code POKERGO can climb weekly leaderboards through October 25, with real-money cash game and tournament activity on CoinPoker counting toward qualification.

A total of eight weekly winners will advance to the final draw on October 31. From there, one player will secure the complete High Stakes Poker package.

The grand prize includes:

  • 💰 $100,000 High Stakes Poker buy-in
  • ✈️ $10,000 for travel and spending
  • 🏨 Las Vegas Strip hotel stay
  • 🃏 Warm-up cash game
  • 🧠 Private coaching session
  • VIP experience around the show

Entry to the promotion is free, making it a rare opportunity for CoinPoker players to chase a six-figure live poker experience without having to buy the seat directly.

After Achnit’s journey from a freeroll in Morocco to a $25,000 Triton event in Jeju, the possibility of turning an online promotion into a genuine high-stakes poker experience suddenly feels a lot less theoretical.
