Zeigt den Pokertracker 3 auch die mucked hands?

nein!

Answer / Solution

Download the newest version of Holdem Manager:
Very often problems have already been reported and fixed and a patch has been posted. To get the newest version please go to here in the forum to search for the latest release: http://www.holdemmanager.net/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=11 and if you have Vista make sure UAC is disabled otherwise it wont work: http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/?f=73

NB: In version 1.07+ HM now works with ongame without the need for a handgrabber. If you dont have version please download it now.

Configuring your Auto Import Folder:

Ramdisk Solution to missed Hands on Ongame
Weve had some issues where Ongame misses a % of the hands. This was caused because of the way Ongame interacts with the database that causes it to miss a hand if HM and Ongame happen to query the database at the same time. Thanks to someone on 2+2 (Hood IIRC) this solutuion is getting 100% of hands for the vast majority of people)

Here's how to set it up:

1. go to http://www.box.net/shared/htpmm1zm8e, download the zip, extract
If youve Vistax64 or x86 try this alternative http://www.cenatek.com/product_page_ramdisk_download_list.php
2. run ramdisk.exe, click "install", you'll probably need to reboot
3. run ramdisk.exe again, set up a Removable media - 32mb should be fine because HEM will archive your database and it never grows > 4mb, leave the drive letter to R: if you aren't using that drive, click okay.
4. Now you should have an R: drive on your computer that's your ramdisk. A ramdisk acts like a normal file system but access is superfast because it's stored in ram. Note that anything you put here is lost when you reboot but this shouldnt be a problem as long as you import before you reboot your PC.
5. make sure HM and ongame isn't running
6. go to C:\program files\[ongame site]\Resources\Databases
7. is there a userxxxxx.db file there? If so skip to step 9 otherwise if there is no file there then move to step 8.
8. there's no db file because HM has archived it. Run your ongame skin, play a hand or two of play money. That will create the database file. shut down ongame.
9. Move that db file to the root of your ramdrive R:
10. Load up ongame, go to statistics > advanced > select statistics file, and browse to the R: folder
11: In Holdem Manager go to Options > Configure Auto Import Folder. Then click on Add Folder and you should see a window with Folder Name and Move Folder.

First click on the select button opposite Folder Name and navigate to the following folder: R:\ and click ok as this is where the Database is stored that has the Hand History Files. You should now see R:\ opposite folder name like in the screenshot below. Make sure "Import From Sub Folders" is unticked and weve introduced auto archiving which is defaulted to move your hand histories to C:\HMarchive folder if the files havent been accessed/modified for 15 minutes. This can help with some lagging issues however if you want to increase this amount you can do so in Options > Miscelaneous Options > Change Archive Duration to a number(minutes) greater than 15. Id recommend not going below 15 minutes.

If you done it correctly it will look exactly like above.

Configuring the HUD
You can find more information on how to configure your settings and preferences for the HUD here:
http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/?f=2 and also on using reports, filters and the HM interface here http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/?f=3

Configuring Seating in Ongame
The easiest way to configure the seating on Ongame is to open a 10 seater table where theres 1 free seat for you and then fix the panels for each seat. Even if you play headsup or 6max this is the best way to do it because in headsup and 6max anyone can sit at any seat so if you fix up seats 1-6 then and then later someone might sit at seat 7-10 so if you setup a 10max table correctly you wont need to do it again for any type of game. Also when you have the stats panels in the correct position please go to the Table Manager and click File > Save positions so it remembers the seating arrangement.

Take a seat and start playing
So when youve your HUD setup and ready to go then open a table on Ongame and take a seat and after a couple of hands the HUD should Popup. If it dosent your first thing to check should be the Table Manager. If you cant see it displayed in the bottom window then go to Hud Options and make sure "Launch Hud With Auto Import is ticked and then go to Hud Options> Relaunch Hud.

If it still doesent appear then go to C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager and look for the HMHud.exe file and double click it to launch. Failing that reboot your system and try again.

Vista users should also do the following:
Make sure that both holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are running as administrator if you’re using Vista. To do this close down Holdem Manager and the HUD and right click each .exe file and go to properties and look on the second tab to run as administrator. You’ll find the 2 .exe files at the following path: C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager

If these 2 solutions don’t solve the problem then it’s very likely to be a firewall/Anti Virus problem blocking PostgreSQL from starting so add Holdem Manager to an exclusion lists in your firewall/antivirus folders. You should disable the firewall/antivirus while disconnected from the internet to determine if this is causing the problem.

Troubleshooting:
If at this stage you are still having problems getting the HUD to work then try these troubleshooting steps.
