i accidentally pushed the panic button at pokerstars. i received after 24h that the account is free again. but its since 3 weeks now frozen and i dont get any answer from the support. does anybody got some idea what to do ? thx

this was the only one:
"Department handling your query is busy due to the high volume of queries. You will receive a reply as soon as possible"
u should recieve an answer after couple of weeks, pretty standard for stars nowadays
