Topset in trouble

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has 8♣ 8♥
fold, Hero raises to 3 BB, MP calls 3 BB, MP+1 calls 3 BB, fold, fold, SB calls 2.5 BB, BB calls 2 BB
Flop: (15 BB, 5 players) 2♦ 8♦ 3♦
SB checks, BB checks, Hero bets 11.4 BB, MP calls 11.4 BB, MP+1 calls 11.4 BB, fold, BB raises to 105.2 BB and is all-in, Hero raises to 163.1 BB and is all-in, MP calls 85.6 BB and is all-in, MP+1 calls 91.6 BB and is all-in
