Timeline:
This bug started January 14 (wednesday) due to a PokerStars update.
There actually are two separate issues: Zoom HUD issues, and PokerStars freezing issues. (same issues also affect PokerTracker) (and both issues are related)
We initially thought the only Zoom issue was the HUD not working on the newly added NL16 stakes.
January 15 - Fix released for NL16. (basically the only thing this solved was the NL16 Zoom hands once imported are correctly categorized as NL16 Zoom)
January 16 - Users reporting there is something else going on with Zoom (HUD disappearing, not updating properly)
January 17/18 = saturday/sunday (=weekend)
January 19/20 = another fix was created (released internally). (best case scenario this fix would have been released tuesday)
But that fix isn't working properly.
I have no eta when a fix will be released that does solve all issues. (I can only state it's all caused by the update of the PokerStars client, and it's not an easy fix - PokerStars made a huge change in how they save data in memory, data HM2/PokerTracker needs to pick up to detect the Zoom players in a hand)
It is completely useless to keep asking for a fix every 12 hours. It will be released in the forums (and as a beta update) as soon as it's ready.
It can take days... could take weeks (as this has happened before after a PokerStars update), it may never be fixed. Assume it can never be fixed, and temporarily don't play Zoom if you rely on HUD stats.

Hallo nbchiller,

Ich möchte Dich bitten sachlich zu bleiben und auf das einstellen von Bildern die nichts mit dem Thema zu tun haben zu verzichten.
Danke & Grüße
