Nazgul is still loosing

I don't have good news for you today. Nazgul is still loosing. After lost two medium pot he is down to 8000.

First ue called preflop raise from the big blind with 7-6 to see T-7-T on the flop. He checked and then called a bet from the opponent. Turn was an 7x and Nazgul was keeping check / calling mode. When Kx hit the river we saw the same line – check / call to see K-T holding by the opponent.

Short after that, Nazgul clashed again with Dalcourt. Frenchman open raised preflop to 750 and Team member 3-bet him to 2000 with an A-K. When we saw J-T-X on the flop, Dalcourt led for 5000 and Nazgul had to fold.

Thorsten is back on track

Good news at last! Thorsten has just won very nice pot. He raised to 700 before the flop from middle position and got two callers – one from the button and one from the big blind. First three streets were Q:s 2:c J:c and action checked around. Turn was the 4:h and the player from the big blind led for 1200. Thorsten raised to 3100 and button went away. Big blind tanked for a moment and eventually called. When 9:h hit the river pass the action to Thorsten who set the price for showing cards – 5100. Opponent went into deep tank and finally called to see pocket Q:c Q:d holding by Team PokerStrategy.com member.

Nazgul has very tough table and very aggressive players are sitting at it. “The chip and the chair” - Nazgul is waiting for miracle because he doesn't have that much to play with them confidentially.

Boys and girls, only the one Team PokerStrategy.com member left in the session A of the first day of the tournament. Nazgul is busted with very nasty fashion. He raised from the cut off to 700 and said to Jeff Sarwer: “Oh Jeff you cant overplay me no more, look at my stack.” Jeff eventually fold from the button but the player from the small blind put a raise do 1500. Nazgul didn't think much and went all-in for little more than 8000. Opponent called and Team member showed A:h A:s. Jeff Sarwer then said with big smile: “Nice speech mate!” Player from the small blind showed 6:s 6:d. Unfortunately the window card was the 6:c giving a set to the sixes holder. The rest of the board 9:c 2:h 5:d 4:d changed nothing and Nazgul said “good bye” to everyone.

In fact all day he was unlucky. Didn't have any good spot, when he hit something opponents were a little bit better or much better. It was not his day at all.

We will meet him in Wednesday in €2000 tournament.

Dominik “AceOnTheRiver” Nitshe dominated his table. He plays a lot small pots and with ultraaggressive style is building his stack all the time. Now he has 58 000.

Thorsten lost something in few small pots and now he has 28 000.

5th level of blinds come to the end and now only 1 hour left to the long dinner break.

Short after 6th level started Thorsten won very nice pot on the flop. He raised from the button with Q:s J:s and very aggressive player to his left traditionally 3-bet him. After big blind called, Thorsten called as well. On flop we saw 8-9-7 and small blind checked. Player on the big blind decided to take initiative and bet out. Thorsten had gutshot, two over cards and backdoor flush draw and decided to put a pressure with a raise. Both opponents folded and Team member took down the pot.

Thorsten has just involved in raising war with new player at the table. He raised preflop to 1000 from middle position and action folded to the unknown player sitting on the small blind. He raised to 2800. Thorsten tank for few seconds and made a three bet to 6200. Opponent shoved all-in and Thorsten instantly folded. After this hand he has around 30,000.

Action slowed down. It seams players are waiting for the dinner break to take some rest and regenerate energy.

6th level come to the end and players are now on 75 minutes dinner break. We'll be back when the game resums

Player form middle position open raised to 1500 and action folded to Thorsten who is the only caller. On flop we saw 6:d 8:d 5:d and Thorsten donked for 2200. Opponent called and the dealer showed us 2:s on the turn. Thorsten barreled again for 4600 and got another call. River was the Q:d and Thorsten put another bet for 6500 this time. MP3 player took his time and after 20 seconds went all-in. Thorsten immediately folded and rival scooped the pot.

Our players are on folding mode right now. Both Thorsten and Dominik cooled down after the dinner break. I asked Thorsten about earlier hand and he said, that he had 8x 9:d with top pair and flush draw on flop.

I just saw hand with fireworks at the table where Nazgul was sitting. UTG player raised from the UTG and action folded to Team PokerStars Pro member Marcin Horecki who put a 3-bet. Opponent shoved for almost 20 000 holding J:c J:h. Horecki called pretty fast and showed A:s K:h. On flop we saw J:s 7:s A:h and Horecki was in trouble. Everything changed when 9:s hit the turn. Horecki had a nut flush draw. In fact, river brought 5:s and Marcin eliminated the player and built his stack to 45 000.
