was just wondering how much rake does Harahs charge for the WSOP Tourneys?
And does some kind of US Sales Tax apply?
So for a 1000$ Tourney is the Buyin X+Y (e.g. 900$+100$) or is it X+Y+Z (e.g. 870$+100$+30$) or is it just X (e.g. 1000$) ?
And if there is a Rake and Sales structure existend, is it the same for all tourneys?

If its an 1000$ Event you pay 1000$ at the cage - thats it.
Not sure how much percent is taken from the 1k$, but i'm sure it is somewhere in the WSOP Rules
thanks for the answer Guennilicous. This "fact" was known to me, that Rake+Sales Tax is not being added on top of your BI. But it would be nice if somebody has any insights. It would be easy to sum up if one would take number of participants = BI / Payouts. This would lead to at least the sum of Rake+Sales Tax (if sales tax is applicant). But I don't have the figures (and not the time ♦).
