I think I massively overplayed my top pair medium kicker hand here. From my analysis this would be a clear fold and no all in push.

On the flop you hit top pair with a medium kicker. This is not a monster.
The opponent donkbets into you which he is not supposed to do. Since you have top pair you should just call. Your hand is not strong enough to raise.
After you are 3-bet you are beat. The opponent klicked it back but it is a 3-bet and that means monster time. The opponent likely has a 2-pair at the minimum. He could also have a set or even the straight.
Since the opponent 3-bet so small you can consider your outs. Against A3 or 53 you have 6 outs, against A5 you have 3 outs and against a set or the straight you are almost dead.
A3 and 53s are 8 combinations. A5 are 6 combinations. 55, 33, 42s are 10 combinations. Weighted this is a little less than 4 outs on average. You don't have implied odds because a large part of opponent's range are very strong hands.
You have to pay $0,13 for a pot of $0,64. That's 5:1 pot odds. For this you need 8 outs. You don't have enough outs. Fold.
