Preflop you shouldn't cold call with an offsuit hand. This is a 3-bet or fold situation. Since the open raise came from a non steal position you just fold. The beginner chart 3-bets with AQo and folds KQo. GTO-Wizard 3-bets KQo and folds KJo mostly.
This cold call explains the somewhat big gap between VPIP and PFR in the statistics you posted in another post. Calling with mediocre hands isn't good despite the position advantage.
Calling the flop bet is ok with second pair and all that backdoor draws.
On the turn you hit trips and the opponent bets small as he should. You should raise big here. You need to get value from your value hands and you don't get enough when you bet or raise small. You aim for putting your stack in on the river. This requires a large raise if you don't want to overbet the river. Close to potsize.
You raise small and the opponent pushes. If you have no reason to believe this is a maniac chances are extremely high that you are beat. AA/88/AJ beat you. You block the combo draws so the chance that the opponent goes for it with a draw is strongly diminished, but that's a play almost no one dares in NL2 anyway. I think you can safely fold here.
