Indeed due to the legislation set by the Spanish Government, only PokerStars.ES accounts are allowed in Spain. Therefore, you will not be able to use your PokerStars.EU account as long as you remain in Spain.
To be able to play from there, you will need to create a new account on PokerStars.ES. To play for Real Money, fully verifying your .ES account will be required.
Note that transfers are not allowed on .ES, so any and all rewards you could get on .ES will not be credited on any other account.
If you cannot send any Spanish utility bills, please note that your account cannot be verified, and you will not be able to play for Real Money on PokerStars.ES. To play in your usual account, you must be outside of Spain.

Please note that you will need to complete the Real Money Account Form, which includes providing an ID number and Spanish address. To do so, after creating your account, please click on the "Cashier" followed by “Buy Chips” or "Cashout", then select the “Not Spanish citizen or resident” option, and complete the requested information:
- Full Name (Second last name is also required)
- Date of birth
- Gender
- Telephone Number
- Spanish Address
- Foreign ID Number (NIE - Número de Identificación de Extranjeros)
You will also be asked to send a copy of your Photo ID document and a copy of a Spanish utility bill as proof of identity and address. We kindly ask you to send the requested documents within 30 days after completing the form to verification@pokerstars.es or upload them from the PokerStars lobby by selecting "Help -> Contact Support / Upload/Send Documents" and following the instructions there.

Dann hab ich nochmal nachgefragt, wie es ist, wenn man dort bei der Addresse aber nicht gemeldet ist und noch keine NIE hat. Aber nachweisen kann das man die in X time bekommt etc.

In order to proof that you live at Spain you can provide any utility bill under your name but if you do not have one you can send a copy of your bank statement (showing the Spanish address registered in your account) also a phone bill is allowed. The address can be any place at which you will live for a period of time (hotels addresses are not accepted).
If at the moment you are not a Spanish resident you can fill out your account information as not citizen/resident but if you already have a NIE number assigned please provide us a copy of it and a copy of your passport, driver license etc.
