BJ hat sich jetzt erledigt, vorher mit 4-stelliger BR und den hohen winnings in Kombination mit einem priveten Missgeschick und den schlechten NL30 sessions (ev-technisch) wars natuerlich verfueherisch, nun gut heute ziemlich soldie auf NL10 snap.
was die AA Hand angeht im 3-bet pot,naja ich c/f ansich kein overpair, vielleicht valuebetten sie nicht duenn genug oder sie bluffen in dem speziellen spot zu wenig, aber wie gesagt c/f wollte ich nicht,AA auf K high zu folden isrt sicher never standard, vielleicht mit reads, denn ja turns werden oft noch geblufft, aber River nicht mehr, trotzdem folde ich normalerweise hier nicht, aber ja oft betten die leute turn und checken dann River,AA zu folden ist aber fuer mich im 3-bet pot normalerweise keine Option auf eine bet,c/c line.

Ich fand Nl30 wesentich tougher,vorallem weil ich so viele doublebarrel bluffs gecatched habe und viel mehr ge 3-bettet wird,zumindest beim sessionreview sah ich halt, das zu wenige Fishe spielte, wenn du eine edge ueber die regs hast mag es profitabel sein, aber die sind wesentlich besser,klar wenn du nl25 zoom schlaegst in Ordnung, die letzten Tage sah ich fuer mich nicht genug value um den rake zu schlagen, normale Tische sind dagegen das reinste Donkfest.

Vielleicht zu viele Bluffs gecatched, teilweise habe ich so geblufft und wurde noch viel lighter gecallt.

In ein paar spots wirke ich ziemlich ergebnisorientiert, viel mir spaeter auf.

Vergesst doch mal BJ, war erst dick im Plus, dann leicht im Plus.
Hab wirlich mit 450 und den losses kein Bock mehr, aber egal,was war schlecht, nerv nicht mit BJ.
Voellig unitnerssant geworden,soll ich eine Woche warten.

NL30 war fuer mich tough,wenn du Nl200 spielst nicht, aber Fishe waren weniger und regs besser.
Kein bock mehr, von mindset zu lesen, daran scheitert es nicht oder nicht mehr als bei Anderen.

Hab mal ganz kurz reingeschaut, ein guter Tip ist, dass du dir unbedingt Farbmarkierungen machen solltest bei Snap, und zwar immer wenn jemand limpt bekommt er sofort die Fischmarkierung. Ich spiele zwar zu anderen Uhrzeiten als du, aber NL30 Snap ist das mit abstand fischigste was ich jemals gesehen habe, spät nachts hat man selten weniger als 2 Fische an den Tischen sitzen.
Ich kann nur von mir sprechen, ich habe auf den normalen Tables ca 9bb/100 auf NL30 die letzten 150k Hände und auf Snap 1bb/100 auf 100k Hände, das ist bei mir zu 99.9% Mindsetbedingt. Ich bin nämlich auch ein Tilter und Snap kann einen echt fertig machen, teilweise braucht Snap 10 Minuten um mir den Pokertag zu verderben, was mir bei normalen Tischen so gut wie nichtmehr passiert.

Edit: Du kannst zb auch wenn du mit gewissen Spielern sehr oft am Tisch sitzt, also Regulars, wenn du mal Zeit hast den Replayer öffnen, dann die zuletzt gespielte Hand im HEM öffen und dann seine Stats als Playernote eintragen. Also zb VPIP/PFR/3Bet/fold3bet. Und dann dem Regular auch eine Farbe zuordnen, zb Blau für Nit und Gelb für Standartreg etc. Das hilft (mir) enorm

Das hast du nicht wirklich gesagt oder ? Ich weiß wirklich nicht weshalb ich hier überhaupt reingucke, wahrscheinlich aus Gründen der Heiterkeit. Aber was du hier abziehst ist echt uuuunglaublich. Leute wie du bloggen idR nicht, weil sie wissen dass sie ein Problem haben und dieses Zockergen was du anscheinend "in dir hast" und was diese typen auch haben, wollen die wenigstens nicht zur Show stellen. Aber du machst es und weisst anscheinend nicht, was du da machst.
Überleg dir mal hier liest jemand mit der 4 Wochen pokert oder sonst was - die drücken auf deinstall und das wars und schnell weg. Das ist erschreckend was du hier von dir gibst und es wird nicht mehr lang dauern dann hast du wieder alles verspielt. Keiner hier oder den ich jemals gesehen/gelesen habe, war alleine durch blog lesen als hochgradig spielsüchtig einzustufen, das ist echt nicht mehr lustig eigentlich.

LASS DICH SPERREN FÜR CASINO, sowas wird keiner schlagen. konzentrier dich aufs wesentliche und das ist indem fall poker.

ich meine auch das OP ein problem mit lossing session hat und sich diese dann negativ auswirken und das gespürr zu bekommen es iwie wieder reinzuholen. man kann richtig gutes poker spielen und gute enscheidungen treffen und nach der session trotzdem 3stacks down sein, ABER das was zählt ist was am monatsende rauskommt und nicht diese eine session.

Das Problem von OP ist, dass er seine eigene Lebensqualität maßgeblich über seine Bankroll bemisst. Man kann auch sagen, generell über Poker.
Daher erscheint dieser Blog auch so, wie er ist. Er dient OP einzig und allein zu Dokumentationszwecken um positives Feedback zu erhalten, sei es darüber, dass er überhaupt spielt und/oder wie er spielt.
Das ist übrigens keine Flame o.ä. an dich OP, sondern eher eine Vermutung über deine eigentliche Motivation, sowohl zu pokern, als auch diesen Blog zu betreiben. Ich bin jedoch mittlerweile davon überzeugt, dass Poker für dich im Moment nicht das richtige Mittel ist.
Du musst zuerst andere Dinge in deinem Leben ändern. Dinge, die dich jeden Tag zufrieden stellen können. Erst dann solltest du einen Großteil deiner Energie wieder in dieses Spiel stecken.

Die Tage davor lief einiges schief, wasd genau ist egal, muss jetzt los.

Blackjack spielen ist sicher keine Lösung für private Probleme!

Natürlich nicht, ich spiel auch jetzt kein BJ, es war eben so, das ich viel gewonnen habe damit und musste erst auf die Schnauze fallen, bevor ich aufhöre.
Insgesamt habe ich aber nichts verloren, ich mache gerade eine Pokerpause und habe nochmal 200 Dollar ausgecasht.
Letzte Woche habe ich durch den Verlust eines BTM-Rezepts meine Methylphenidatbehandlung selbst beendet.
Ich muss jetzt ohne auskommen, am ersten Tag habe ich betrunken gespielt NL30 siehe Shicehände und danach im BJ rumgetiltet.
Seit gestern mache ich eine Pause, ich habe keinen Antrieb mehr zu spielen, muss mich erst umstellen.
Ich will jetzt nichts mehr vom BJ hören, ich spiel bald mit 250 Dollar weiter und ich denk ich war oft gut, im Video habe ich ganz gut gespielt finde ich, hats jemand angeschaut ?

Ich spiel heute nicht, morgen werden wir sehen, BJ ist abgehakt, beweisen kann ich es natürlich nicht.

Zimlich solide,denke ich bin winner normale Tische bis Nl30 und NL10 fast auch.

Woher manchmal die katastrophe Redline herkommt weiss ich nicht genau, zum einen liegt es daran, das die Leute am River zu wenig bluffen und ich viel folden kann, aber da sind auch leaks dabei auf jeden.

Ich kann nicht sagen, ob die teilweise gut readline nur Varinaz ist, heute war sie aufgrund meiner Allinbluffs gut, denke ich habe zeitweise zu

Machst du Range construction ? Zählst du combos ? Solltest du!

Und sag dir bitte mal an jeder street was die bet ist. Value, Bluff und was du als Ziel hast.

Also value für alle xT hands zb. Oder Bluff um ihn von weak Axs zu bekommen ... Glaube du missreadest die Action durch masstabeln oft arg. Tische zumindest für 1 Session am Tag mal um 30-50% reduzieren.

Ich selbst bin bei 4 Tischen zoom halt marginaler Winningplayer. Bei 3 sinds auf Sample doch solide 6bb ... wenn man sich dann mal das "Rakeback" wirklich vor augen führt bei nl25/nl50 ist es eigentlich ganz einfach was man macht
