Hey Leute,
ich habe ein kleines Problem:
Ich habe über das Internet relativ billig 5*50€ Paysafecards bekommen (also insgesamt 250€). Habe diese im Laufe einer Woche auf mein Pokerstarskonto eingezahlt. Nun wollte ich das Geld, ohne damit zu spielen auscashen. Daraufhin sperrte PS meinen Account und ich bekam folgende e-mail:
Hello xxx,
This email is to inform you that your cashout request has been canceled as part of our standard procedure while we verify your account details. It has come to our attention that you recently made deposits using the PaySafe method and then your cashout followed with little to no play. Please be aware that all deposits made into your PokerStars account must be used to play poker at our tables before the funds can be transferred or cashed out.
At this time we kindly ask you that you explain this activity and provide us the documents listed below so that we may fully verify your account and deposit details:
1. a scan or digital photo of a valid, government-issued, photo ID
2. a scan or digital photo of a recent utility bill (gas, water, electric, etc.)
3. a scan or digital photo of a recent bank statement where the funds are being withdrawn to
4. a scan or digital photo of the voucher received when you purchased the PaySafe card used to deposit
5. If you do not have the vouchers, please enclose the name of the store and address of the same where the vouchers were purchased and specify how you paid for the vouchers (cash or credit card)Please scan the requested documentation and send to:

Das Problem ist nun, dass ich weder Vouchers habe, noch weiß, wo und wie diese gekauft wurden.
Wie gehe ich nun am Besten vor, um mein Geld wieder zu erhalten? Hattet ihr das Problem auch schonmal? Und wie seid ihr vorgegangen?
