Where "________" is the Tournament ID, "X+Y" is the buy-in of the
tournament, and "USERID" is your PokerStars User ID.For example, "REFUND: T#123456780, $20 + 2, KidJoker"
For multiple tournament refund requests, please note additional tournaments
in the text of your email. For example:T#123456780, $20 + 2
T#123456781, $10 + 1,
T#123456782, $50 + 5
etc.If you do not know the Tournament ID, you can find it in the PokerStars
software using the playing audit feature. From the PokerStars Lobby screen,

gut das stars down ist, schon wieder 10 stacks down in 30 games, dabei konnte ich den bonus noch gar net aktivieren

Bei mir läufte Pokerstars seit heute nicht flüssig. Ist das nur bei mir so, und woran kann das liegen? Ich habe meinen Rechner heute erst ganz neu formatiert..
so, ich update mal hier und teile euch mit, dass es für das serverproblem refunds gibt. gerade bestätigungsmail von stars gelesen

Hab mal ne Frage zu den Refunds. Gibt es die auch für FPP-Sats?

Mal ne Frage. Also ich hatte gerade halt das Problem das einfach Network Connection gepopupt hat und halt nix mehr ging bei Stars....
Dann Mozilla aufgerufen..Internet ging einwandfrei..10 versch. Seiten probiert. Wie kanns also sein das Stars da disconnectet und den reconnect nicht schafft?
Musst extra das Prog neustarten und es dann nochmal schließen weils sich aufgehangen hat...schön runtergeblindet in meinen Hyper Turbos...
Kann man da ne Mail schreiben oder bringts eh nix wenns bei anderen perfekt lief`??

kannst du probieren, wenn es nur paar buy ins sind erstatten sie es dir evtl sogar. fragen kostet nichts

bei mir is zwar grad nixdown, dafür aber schon refund für den ausfall am 23.4. bekommen.
