Habe heute von PS zu neteller 50 Dollar transferiert. 36 Dollar kammen sofort an und 14 Dollar blieben aus. Wer hatte das Problem auch schon mal?? Habe eine Bestätigungsmail bekommen da stand drin:$36.00 has been automatically credited back to your NETeller account

Wer weis rat habe ich jetzt die 14 Dollar verloren oder was habe ich falsch gemacht

Nojo da steht doch eigentlich klipp und klar drin dass die 14 Doller noch kommen wenn ich jetzt nicht völlig von der Rolle bin. Warum das allerdings so strange gesplittet wird, kA, hab heute nachmittag auch meinen ersten Neteller Cashout gemacht (500 zwecks reload), ist aber noch garnichts da bei mir. Hoff mal dass das glatt geht.

ich kann leider sehr wenig englisch darum wollte ich hier fragen
komisch aber das sie mir 14 dollar einbehalten

Das hat nix mit Netteller zu tun. Pokerstars cashed galt nur soviel sofort aus, wie du auch vorher eingezahlt hast. Für alles was darüber liegt, nehmen sie sich bis zu 72 Stunden Zeit. Ganz normal. Keine Panik.

achso super danke für deine antwort und ich dachte schon 14 dollar bekomme ich nie wieder
