Do you have Skype? mine is: mlehrer9 . Would be nice to help troubleshoot over there, as this seems like a rare issue. I tried the installer on W7 and W8 64bit machines with no issues. Thanks!
Update
-Option added to hide a player's HUD if they fold. You can find this in the 'Settings' tab.
I just download the software and got a warning fo my antivirus programm (Avast).
So i try to download the trial again. At first on the 2+2 thread and then on your homepage. Both dont work anymore.

I can confirm that the download link on our free trial page https://timemojo.com/free-trial/ is correct. If the download does not work anymore, it sounds like Avast has blocked it.
I assure you TimeMojo contains no malicious code. TimeMojo is on the PokerStars approved software list, which can be found here: Third Party Tools and Services FAQ.
I would also suggest that you try other virus scans such as Malwarebytes.

I spoke with Avast technical support and they have reviewed the TimeMojo software and added it to their exception list. Can you try the installer again and see how it goes? Thanks!
is there a possibility so save how long an opponent took for making his/her decision? Or is it just possible to show how long he7she took for the last decision?

Hi! Yes. The HUD popup shows you the actions/timings for the current hand on the top left of the popup, which image example I uploaded here: 
While using TimeMojo, all hands are logged locally on your computer and in a database. You can perform a 'lookup' to view any previous hands and their timings, which example can be seen here:

TimeMojo will completely store the timings of any hand the hero is in while sitting at the table. The only time TimeMojo will not store hands, is if you are observing tables, or you do not have the 'Everything' chat enabled.
I feel you may be asking this question in relation to zoom games. If that is the case, as soon as you fold, TimeMojo will stop storing timings for that hand. This is because we have no way of getting the action timings unless the hero witnesses the action.

Hello. Do you have the 'everything' chat enabled? Also, you are sitting at the table right? This problem usually happens when the player is either observing the tables or does not have the 'everything' chat enabled.
If not, can you please tell me which theme / PokerStars version you are using? Thanks!

Which theme are you using? I can confirm it should be working for 6max on the .EU client.
Another thing you could try, is please close all of your tables, and click "Reset Layout" in the TimeMojo 'Settings' menu tab. Could be possible that the HUDs got set somewhere off screen and resetting them should help. Give this a try and let me know, thanks.
