I get this question a lot. It is stated in the license agreement ( www.pokertracker.com/download.html ) that you can register Poker Tracker on 2 different computers (YOUR OWN COMPUTERS THAT IS - you cannot share codes) with the purchase of one license.

Each computer will have a different product ID (located on the Help/About Poker Tracker window) so you will need to get a different reg. code for each computer. When you buy PT, you should send an email with the product ID's you want to have registered and I'll send you the 2 codes.

NOTE: If you don't have the program installed on the second PC when you purchase Poker Tracker then you can email me the product ID from that computer at any time later and I'll send a code for it. You are not required to send both product ID's at the time of purchase.

meine Frage paßt vlt auch hier rein:
Kann man PT auf ne externe Festplatte geben und dann diese wechselweise am PC und Notebook anschließen um es verwenden zu können??

Mein Notebook ist jetzt doch net das neueste und hat nur ne 25GB Festplatte und net mehr sonderlich viel freien Speicherplatz, die wäre dann doch ziemlich schnell voll.

Den Vorteil seh ich für mich vorallem darin, dass ich mir dadurch das Importieren und Abgleichen sparen würde.
Geht das prinzipiell so oder kanns da zu Problemen kommen??

Dürfte nicht funktionieren, weil du jedesmal nen anderen Key bekommen wirst und du es also jedes mal neu registrieren müsstest. Es wäre allerdings denkbar, die Software je auf einem PC zu installieren und die Datenbank dafür auf der externen Festplatte. So würdest du das Speicherplatz umgehen und gleichzeitig keine Probleme mit der Registrierung bekommen.
