[Geschlossen] Poker Tracker - Keine Winnings bei 1st Place SNG

Klingt sehr merkwürdig. Du liest die HH und die Tournament Summaries ganz normal ein? Wenn er gar nichts anzeigen würde, okay, aber Platz 2 und 3 normal und Platz 1 nichts?

Lies mal die HH und Summaries von ein paar Turnieren in eine neue (leere) DB ein und schau, ob es dort geht.

Wenn nicht, Ticket bei PT erstellen mit HH und Summaries von Turnieren im Anhang, bei denen es nicht geht.

Habe das selbe Problem, leere Datenbank hat nix geholfen. Hat Jemand schon eine Lösung für das Problem??

Ja leere Datenbank hat nichts geholfen. Vor allem wird mir auch angezeigt im Pokertracker dass ich Platz 1 geworden bin. Bei Winnings steht aber 0.00. Ich mache nachher mal nen screen und lad ihn hoch.

Thank you for contacting PokerTracker Support. The reason to this is because PartyPoker doesn't save the winnings information for the winner in the original hand history file, and therefore PT3 can't import that information. To be able to import the correct winnings information, all you need to do is to set PartyPoker to automatically e-mail you SnG summaries - see the Party Poker menu: Game Rules and Options -> Auto email SNG Summaries.

When you get the email, you should copy & paste the contents, starting with "You requested a transcript of Tournament #1234", into a plain notepad text document and save it. You'll then be able to manually import it into PT3.

You can also set up PT3 to auto-import from your e-mail account by going to the "manual import" tab and enter the POP information for your mailbox after pressing the blue "Configure" link.

Ist ja mal überhaupt nicht aufwendig.
Da geht die manuelle EIngabe ja fasst schneller...

War das immer so bei Party, dass die Winnings für den 1. Platz nicht in der Hand History gespeichert werden??

Meint ihr es lohnt, Party nochmal darauf anzusprechen??

Sicher, kannst hinschreiben, aber ich würde mir da nicht allzuviel davon versprechen.

Thema ist schon ja älter, wollte aber kein neues aufmachen.

Ich spiele seit heute bei PartyPoker und kann im PT3 keine einzige Tournament History importieren. Ich spiele nur DoNs und normale SnGs. Die Tournament History habe ich per Email erhalten (allerdings nur eine, die anderen muss ich noch anfordern) und dann auf dem Rechner gespeichert, einmal als .txt und einmal den kompletten .xml Ordner. Beides kann nicht importiert werden.

Fehlermeldung bei der .txt Datei: "Invalid date specified in hand history (Line blabla)"
Fehlermeldung beim .xml Ordner: "Unrecognized file format."

Den pop3 Import nutze ich für Stars, da ich nur dort eigentlich spiele und eine andere Email Adresse als bei PP verwende.

Ist zwar schon etwas älter aber ich hab dasselbe Problem gehabt und konnte es nun beheben !
Wenn der PT3 euch richtig anzeigt das ihr Platz 1 belegt habt aber kein Amount Won anzeigt kann man diesen manuell nachtragen !
Ihr müsst den Auto Import stoppen und dann in der obersten Zeile neben File und Database auf Tournament > Enter Results > dann sucht ijr das jeweilige Turnier aus und könnt euer Gewinn eintragen und dann auf Refresh und die Zahlen und Stats sind wieder richtig
