hallo,
ich will von hm1 auf pt4 umsteigen, läuft eigentlich fix bis auf Statistik teil.
10.000 husng Matches anzeigen dauert 2-3 Minuten, 2-3k Matches ist etwa 1 minute(entspricht meinem Monat). Das ist mir zu lange (hm1 geht da fast sofort).
Die Graphen dagegen paar Sekunden. Jemand tips ?

Scheint wirklich etwas zu bringen, auch wenn es immer noch langsamer als HM1 ist.
Wenn du dir alles anzeigen lässt, geht bei dir auch die CPU auf 100% hoch in der Zeit in der er lädt?
Ein i5 @3,30GHz sollt doch für sowas ausreichend sein oder?

nein, habe aber i7 inkl SSD, da ist es bei 40% etwa, zeigt in 2-3 sekunden meine 15k matches, das kann ich aushalten
so tip für alle:
man ändert in der postgresql.conf (C:\Program Files\PostgreSQL\9.0\data)
eine Zeile: enable_nestloop = off (# am Anfang auch löschen). Danach Postgres neu starten, oder wenn man nicht weiss wie, rebooten
Die Entwickler haben da leider mist gebaut, dadürch wird das Program insgesamt ein Stück langsamer, aber dafür sind die Statistiken 100mal schneller

keine quelle, habe es selber rausgeunden,
du sollst die zeile nicht löschen, sondern einkomentieren und on mit off ersetzen

Hi -
Thanks, look at the screenshot I edited and sent back. Go into that report window, right-mouse-button and select "Configure Report".
In the new window go to the right-hand side and double-click both of those to remove them.
Click "OK" and see if the report will load any faster. If not go to my last reply and do steps #1 through #3.

Hi - Are you using any of the "Real Hours" stats in your reports? If so try removing them, that should speed things up.
Also do this so we can get some more information:
1. Close Pokertracker4 (or reboot) then click "All Programs -> Pokertracker 4 -> Pokertracker 4 (Logging Enabled)"
2. Click in the reports where you're seeing the slow responses - you don't need to wait the entire time for it to load but give it a couple minutes. Logging will capture what's going on and we'll be able to take a look.
Take a screenshot or two so we can see what's happening: How to create a screenshot
3. Once that's done attach to your reply:
--> C:\Users\some_name\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\PokerTracker4.log
--> Any screenshots you've taken
--> The *newest* 4 or 5 PostgreSQL logs (click on the "Date Modified" column to sort the files by date): PostgreSQL log files
You can access the PokerTracker4 log from the PokerTracker4 "File -> Open User Data Folder" menu item. Note that this log file will not be in the "Logs" folder you'll see there.

if i want to look at my stats at PT4, the results for my Tourneys are extremly slow. It takes 5 minutes and more to display the results...For the statistics its the same procedure...
Cash Game is more faster...
My PC is a new one...

Kann ich nicht wirklich bestätigen. Mein Problem ist zwar gelöst, aber auf eine Antwort vom Support hab ich vergeblich gewartet. Mein Ticket blieb unbeantwortet und auch auf meine 2. Nachfrage kam nichts zurück. Geholfen hat mir dann nur dieser thread hier.
Schon ein bischen enttäuschend, aber die Lizenz hatte ich zu dem Zeitpunkt ja schon gekauft...
benutze mein fix jetzt seit 2 monaten, keine probs bis jetzt, scheiss auf support, hm2 ist ja noch schlimmer
