Anniversary in Berlin 3rd July 100$ reward for best advice

Hello everybody, i'm a member of the italian community, i'll be in Berlin from 1 to 4 july with my girlfriend so i have some question for you.
Saturday 3rd July it will be our anniversary so i would like to do something special for her, i tought about a trip in boat with dinner or something else romantic that will surprise her. I would like to do also something like this with written something for her:

maybe when we are having dinner, do you think it's possible? Am i still on time for that?

Hope you can help me out because it's really hard for me to organize something pretty from here and by not knowing german.

Any advivce will be appreciated, i'll offer a reward of 100$ at FTP for the best advice or if somebody help me really good for what i asked.

i don't know if it's exclusive enough for you..

Maybe u can rent the balcony for a candlelight-dinner and the chef will do an extraordinary menu for you and your gf.

If I remember correctly he also pick up his guests from the strand and drive them to his boat etc.

there's a barbecue on it that you can use. But you could also bring some food & champagne and float through the sunset.
