Hola, tengo Windows XP SP3 y siempre que trato de instalar el software de WPT se queda congelado en 0%, he enviado varios email al soporte y me dieron estos consejos:
1. Click Start and then click Control Panel.
2. In the control panel, click Windows Security Center > Windows Firewall.
3. Click on 'Exceptions' > 'Add Port' and after that add port 443.
4. Please repeat the same procedure to add port 2147.
Ya lo he hecho y el problema persiste.
