El problema como algunos ya explicaron es que el archivo se guarda con
caracteres "corruptos" y eso hace que sea muy grande y tarde en cargarse, ademas de consumir un monton de memoria.
Basicamente lo que hay que hacer es editar el archivo y borrar las entradas corruptas, para eso usamos el programa llamado "Foxe" que lo bajan de

Y luego habrimos el archivo "notes.xml" con este programa, borrando las entradas del lado izquierdo como muestran las imagenes, si hicimos bien esto no es necesario revisar demasiado el lado derecho.
Luego grabamos el archivo con los cambios y listo.

Hello Hernán,
Thank you for your email and for allowing us to be of assistance.
We appreciate your patience while your case was being reviewed by the
Technical Support Team.
The issue you are having is due to a corruption in the Notes file, our
programming team is aware of the issue and are currently working on a fix to
be released in a future update. In the meantime you can edit the Notes file
using a program called Foxe. This application is available for free using
the following link (click on the below link or copy/paste into your browser):

To edit the file using Foxe please do the following:
* Open the PokerStars Main Lobby
* Click on the Help Menu -> Open My Settings Folder
* Locate Notes.XML then close PokerStars (it is extremely important to close
the PokerStars software here)
* Open Foxe and drag the Notes.XML file from the folder into the blank Foxe
window (this will load the file into Foxe for you)
* In the left hand window you need to locate any corrupt entries, then right
click on them and select delete. (Please see the attached screen capture
called Foxe1 to see what a corrupt entry looks like)
* Once you have deleted the corrupt entries in the left hand window, you
will need to go through the right hand window and check for any missed
corrupted entries (See Foxe2 screen capture for what you need to look for here)
* After removing every entry you will need to save the file by clicking on
File Menu -> Save.
