Is there anything we can do help?
I just received (finally) an email from the support of 888 Poker that conferm that I need "win" $5000 before I can cash-out any thing.
That means, if I am $2000 in my bankroll and I would like take $100 for sigarette, a beer or what so ever, I cant.
Simply absurde!!!!
Thanks to this forum that allert me in time before I was waste more time for nothing.
P.S. No, sorry, I am not prepare to win $5000 before I can withdraw anything; it doesn't sound good for me at all. One thing is to build a bankroll and another thing is this deal. IMHO anyway!
I am very deluded and dissapointed!
You don't need to "win" $5k.
You need to wager $5k.
So if you went all-in and won/losst for $50, you would only need to wager $4,950.
Regards,
Kyle.
It's still stupid. The wagering to 5000 part should apply to the 50$ granted by pokerstrategy. Anything above that sum should be available for a cashout at any given time. Do NOT expect 888 poker to surprise you with good business practice. They won't
Nobody from 888 will ever help you get a crystal-clear answer ♦ . Just keep the darn money in there and generate that rake.
Hi guys,
I noticed that, in order to withdraw your winning. You need to send ID to them.
Is that true? Thanks.
Hi JHTAN,
Yes, it is possible that 888Poker will ask for your ID or other identity copies. This is a standard procedure in most Poker rooms and nothing to be worry about.
These security checks are quick and you just have to provide them with the right documents.
Any problems with this?
Ingrid
Hi,
I haven't received a PS bankroll on 888, but I got 8$ for signing up and 2 times 8$ for depositing - a total of 24$ in bonus money. Obviously I cannot withdraw those without clearing the requirements, but I have had no problems whatsoever to withdraw my winnings.
Just after I signed up, I got a mail, offering me another 8$ if I deposited at least 20$ or 24$ (I don't recall exact amount). So I did through Moneybookers, and shortly after I withdrew my deposit again + some 10$ winnings. Then they offered me another 8$ for a reload and I repeated the above process - deposit and withdraw, again with a little extra in winnings.
Then a month later or something, I thought I would empty my account, but that was rejected, as the 24$ were still restricted, but I had no problems withdrawing my winnings as I just reduced the withdraw amount by 24$
So either there are different rules for the "free bankroll" or I just don't understand what the heck is going on, but I for certain have the money in my moneybookers account to prove my story
Anything else doesn't make sense (to me).
Best regards
