seems have same problems in australia

Yep. Have you tried contacting their support at support@888poker.com . They do use localised servers so it is possible the server servicing your area is down.

i did email them and they just ask me reinstall again but still not work at all
and i knw alot of players still have same problem

somehow the server works now but dunno can continue for how long
cuz yesterday around same time the server works again but 12 hours later down again
