It's tough to say what he's doing with medium strength hands on the river, but imo he's going to check back with them.
In fact I think you have the highest chance that he turns some of them into a bluff if you blockbet something like $60 because he knows he can't call but he might think he could get you to fold some hands - even then he's unlikely to bluff because he can not really rep full houses, but imo it's the only way to win any more money.

By betting big he should even be able to fold low flushes whereas by betting the $60 he is probably not folding them.

If you assume he's a bad player I'd bet at least $170 because I expect him to fold all non-flush hands and call every single flush, so we get max value by betting big.

yea well he was a true maniac, he had something like 95% c-bet flop, 90% turn and 90% river
he was always barrelling any piece of the board,, shits like gutshots,etc

umm, yeah I think a blockbet would have been profitable VS that kind of player because i really think he would have called smth like 77+ with his WTS of 30% and he would have been very tempted to raise them, putting me on a weak flush, a straight, or like 55-99
