i am a fr nit so i think he has a set most of the time so i either folding or flat calling. another thing u have to think about is what if he has a bigger fd. than u r dominated and check/raising is a very common line with lets say the nut flush draw

flat is standard. If turn blanks and he checks, he might be checkraising with the flush draw and I might bet turn and steal it. He might also be bluff checkraising , especially if u are cbetting 90% of the time, you are going to have air on this board very often

Definitely bet the flop, there's a decent chance he checks with the intention to c/f - and even if he checkraises it's not the end of the world because you can narrow down his range to overpairs and sets with the occasional flushdraw - vs this range you can call and reevaluate on the turn.
