Hi everyone. Last sunday I was playing at tiger gaming and was hoping to get into top-10 of the daily leaderboard. After playing for a while according to H2N I've got 128$ of rake, what should've been resulted in 1280 points, what was enough for Top-10 at that day. However tiger gaming credited me only with 822 points. That is strange, because they credited those 128$ to the rake-back bonus, but only 82,2 for the leaderboard. Tech support does not answer me. Is there any room representatives here?

on 2+2 theres a room rep of betonline answering some questions from time to time^^
about the leaderboard its a bit obscure when the points get credited, especially when you have tables running around the time when their day changes and a new leaderboard starts, its like that the points mainly not really get credited from that period. but thats just my observation
Hi on top of what BradNitt says, I'd recommend to close tables by midnight server time or whenever the promos run out to make sure points are counting for the correct period. Otherwise only the support might give you more insights.
i think if you want to be quite safe, you would have to close the tables before that timeshift and then start after a new period again.
meaning if you close your tables at 5.40 and then start at 5.50 again and play until 9 you will miss most of the points again from that period.
