[Closed] 0 Strategypoints?

same thing happen to me just now! had ~6200 life points and ~1600 next to platinum. now its 0

Hey folks,

don't worry, this seems to be a small problem with the synchronization - the points are not lost

We've informed our IT department and they're looking into a fix right now. I'll keep you posted about any additional information I get.

Hey Mr Paulsen,

The StrategyPoints get updated whenever we get the lists from the respective poker rooms. Usually this happens every day or every second day. You can find the date of the last strategy points update of each of the Poker Rooms on the home page. The screenshot below shows where you can find the last day of update (marked with red):

My lifetime SP are fine, but it hasn't been updated for days now. I've been playing a lot every day, but the last time I recived point was the 13th. It says 0 from 13th to 17th and just "..." at 18th and 19th. Anyone else with the same problem?

This should all be rectified shortly and your points updated accordingly.
Don't panic, everything gets recorded and you will not lose out in any way.

Yeah me neither, don't think i've ever had one.

Hey guys,

The "as of" column was removed due to a new way we import StrategyPoints. You can still find out whether a poker room has been recently updated by checking in the details. If a day has "..." it has not yet been imported. If it has a number, then it has been imported.

Hey guys,

as pointed out before, we are currently experiencing problems with the update of the SPs for players on FullTilt and PP - due to the holiday season, the solution can take a while longer than usual.

We'll keep you posted about any further news we might have
