Hi cuxcux,
You would need to write a support ticket, however before you do, please make sure you read the following Rakeback FAQ important sticky post as it should help answer most questions:
Ensure you follow the flow chart which will explain why rakeback is sometimes late or doesn't appear 1 week.

i havnt played much the last 3 weeks...but nother the less i havnt even recived a tiney bit of rakeback!!!!
Did bigest bonus ever effect this???

Yes, all bonuses affect rakeback as described in the important sticky link above.

well i only cleared $36 then i left FT for awhile...how much do i need to rake again before i get rakeback again? Been playing there last 4 days. Just to confirm rake back is tuesday to tuesday? And rake up to tueday 20th gets payed friday 23rd?

Already answered in your other thread, but it's from Tuesday to Monday paid out on the Friday.
It's all laid out in the Rakeback sticky thread.
You will start to receive rakeback as soon as you go back into +ve Net Earned Rake balance again (having cleared bonuses etc).

Tuesday to Monday? I dont understand.
Rakeback is earnt
From 00:00 (server time) Tuesday to 23:59 (server time) Monday.
i.e. all your play on Tues, Wed, Thurs, Frid, Sat, Sun & Mon.
Tuesday starts a new week.

well, the only thing is that i made a deposit around 10 days ago...
Well possibly a small charge to clear for the deposit then. But have faith, you will start to receive rakeback again as soon as your Net Earned Rake is back into positive balance.
