I have a suggestion for you guys.
Could you make some kind of affiliates promotion? What I mean is to reward the top10 affiliates who bring the most player in a month. This would surely bring you more referrals and I would satisfy even more the top affiliates.

Sorry that you did not get an answer, but we did kind of such a thing with the Summer Frenzy 
Awarding only the Top 10 just isn't that fair - as a "power affiliate" you already have the advantage of the economies of scale. Someone only bringing one friend takes much more time with that than a power affiliate does for his average.
