im a no limit player, but at the local casino they offer FL with total donks. I was wondering how much i would need for 2/2 SH. Or shouldn't I play them at all, since it's a weird format? Well, anyway, it doesn't say in the articles how much i need for this. Before I go I'll practice like hell though... don't worry, I know nothing about FL, so I'd have to start with 0 knowledge, but it's a nice way to learn to play live and at the same time relieve some donks of their money.

2/2 SH FL? Where's that 
Well SH is 500BB usually, but that's with 1/2. Still I think 500BB should be enough because of the level there.

Hmm weird, from what I know and have heard from other people is that they have 2/4 FR as lowest fixed limit. If they have 2/2 fixed shorthanded I'll pay them a visit ^^

but this isn't right, since i remember the 2/2 thing was FL. Everyone wanted to play NL, but the brush-guy said, nope, we offer FL. Frikkin bs, but thats HC...
300BB should be ok for a live game. I would recommend you to start playing online in the micros to get used to the game. If you are not able to go down a limit in the casino (which is the most likely) I think you should consider the fact that you might get broke so maybe 500BB is really better. *lol*
500BB for the next higher and down a limit if you only have 500BB left.
If you experience big swings then maybe even a bigger BR is needed. (Live is oftem looser.)
On the other hand you can only play 1 table at a time so I would never take 500BB to the casino. 50-100BB should be enough. (If you lose 50BB+ the chance that you start tilting gets very high.)
