What steps do I have to follow to take part in the coaching sessions ??
I'm confused with it all 
The time for example for todays limit basic is 20:00 .... I live in Ireland so is that GMT +0
How do I watch It ???

If you entered your timezone in your profile and you are logged in it always shows the correct time for you

If you arrived in the channel you should hear the coach speaking. Now start PartyPoker and join the tables which are written in the channel discription on the right side of teamspeak.
