Now i am still learning alot grinding the 50c/$1 and $1/$2 games but i wana know does this leave me qualified enough to say comment on the 10c/20c hands ?
Would mind to start commenint on hands as i think it also will help improve my game alot.

Ofcourse you can comment on the hands. Even if it's your own stake.
You don't always have to be right to give comments, they will be judged anyway.
It's often way better to learn when you actively search for the best line, then to read the best line from the answer the judges give.

of course you can comment on hands! Actually that's the classical meaning of the hand evaluation boards. To discuss about hands and thereby improve your game. Your comments don't always have to be right. It's totally fine to make mistakes sometimes. Mistakes or "wrong" hand evaluations can help you find your leaks.
So feel free to post your comments in the evaluation board!

Great look forward to taking some cracks at some hand evaluations. Lets hope i dont encourage some leaks in others lol. Guess that is what the hand judges are for. ♦
