Hi Guys !! I'm confused ?? In the SHC KQo it say's RAISE so if someone raises before me do I fold or call ?? Because if nobody raised then I would have raised anyway ??

If there is a raise in front of u then u have to play what says after the "/"

Definitely not cold calling here, or anywhere unless stated. Cold calling a raise is almost always a big mistake, unless you have the correct odds on the correct hand, and that is how the SHC has been created, with this in mind.
The point about someone raising before you indicates that they are claiming to have a better hand then yours before you have put money into the pot. Believe them, and don't worry about your KQ, it isn't a great hand. Wait until you have a better hand, then raise.
