Right, I am playing 0.10/0.20 FLFR, I was running at 12 VPIP. I was told I should be a bit more loose, and to follow the SHC more closely. Which I did, and my VPIP began to DROP, yes it was only over 1.5K-2k hands, but still!
Basically, what would you invisage to be a solid VPIP at this level?
And would this be achieved by following the SHC really closely?

Thanks

What SHC are you using?

This one in here right?

Check, because you may have outdated SHC.
With this one you can't have 12VPIP or else you are not correctly using it.

That is defo the same one! As I say I have only REALLY been following it for ~2k hands now. Before I was playing a lil tighter usually with hands like AJ and KQ that I have never really liked when I played NL.

Try using it correctly for next few thousands hands and report back... :)

Just as a side note, if you take the last weeks play in isolation I have been playing the cutoff a lot more and been quite succesful. I seem to have ground to a halt on the button, and obviously not been succesful, but that may just be a case of no hands/situations. Hopefully I can continue my CO sucess and create some on the button, I would be happy!
