First time trying something like this but since I just moved up to the very prestigious .25/.50 limit I suppose I'd better learn to think like a poker player.

Since you mentioned that the river isn't a big deal that rules out only holding 1 club so you've got 2 clubs.

Since you raised in the cutoff position I'd say you've got A2s K8s Q8s J8s 109s 98s or higher in clubs.

Since you mentioned that the river doesn't effect your hand that rules out the lower flushes because while 109s is very strong on a 3 flush board it is much weaker on a 4 flush board.

You do not have Aks or Aqs because you would have capped them preflop.

I think on the flop you would raise any flush draw to try and build the pot since you have a 35% chance of winning it and also to discourage gutshots from calling if you are also holding a pair.

Therefore I've got you on either A2s-AJs I don't think you'd cap the river with a K high flush.

bearing in mind that the BB is a maniac and the SB is tag. once the sb check/folded the turn on a 4 flush board your fear of a higher flush would go way down. So I don't think I can have you 100% on the Ace flush.

Nice try BDL. I think you understood my hint a bit wrong. The turn is the "special" at this hand. The river is normal but this doesn't mean that I have 2 because this wouldn't be anything special on the turn.

I said you had the A of clubs not the two. But perhaps that's still wrong.

The A is correct now all you have to do is to look at the flop to get the 2nd card.

The A is correct and BDL is correct when he's saying that I would cap it preflop. (with this hand the whole hand is nothing special.)

So it was A7. How do you like the turn 3-bet to kick SB off from a Q (which hasn't worked but which he had for sure).

The main reason why I posted this is because he thought around 5 secconds on the river before folding and that right before I could write "fold" into the chat. I was really amused by his fold even if it cost (How is the simple past of "cost" can't find it but I think the simple past is better than the present. Grammar wise.) me 1BB but the fact that SB hasn't seen my hand was worth it I guess. (If he isn't from PS.com and reviews my posted hands. ^^)
