First of all, Happy New Year to everybody and lots of fishes at your tables!
Currently I play 4tables but I would like to add some more.What software would help me play at 9-12 tables in tile? I thought of tableninja because I know it is compatible with holdem manager, but I don't know if it is the best for fixed limit.What software do you use?
I use this: http://sourceforge.net/projects/placemint/ it's free but of course table ninja is better. Type in: placemint on youtube and you will find tutorials to see how it works and is that what you are looking for.
I dare to say that I think TableNinja is all you need. Its the best on the market im quite sure. Its just as good for Fixed Limit as for No limit .. why wouldn't it 
it doesnt care about what format your playing it only places the tables how you want it and you get hotkeys with it too making it easier. so you bind lets see. fold / check / bet to keys "qwe" just hover over the table and press ♦ so easy.

Go with Tableninja, because Placemint is too complicated and it's more for MTSNG/SNG.

Yep and 30 day trial, if you don't want to buy it just reinstall the op.system. 
^^ this depresses me, my trial ran out last week and i just bought the full version today
