lets say that you have KTo in the BU .acording to first in chart you raise but if somebody calls , in the chart "actions against callers in front of you" sais -/KJo so in this situation you fold the BU with KT becouse of one caller ?

That's exactly right. These charts are to help you get out of hard decisions.
KT is strictly a blind stealing hand that has some potential IF the blinds call. No point getting yourself into trouble by playing when one already in the pot.
Correct me if i am wrong, but i think this (-/KJo) means you don't call with any hand (-) and you raise with KJo and better.
before the / says something about your calling range and
after the / says something about your raising range.

Yes, standard notation seems to be call with "x"/raise with "y".
For example the -/KJo range quoted above means no hand is appropriate to just call with, but holding KJo+ is a raise.
