i noticed there are quite a few people betting mid pair, low pair, underpair, some even K high down to the river...
just dont know where to draw the line against such play...

I advise you to start with shorthanded a bit/lot under your bankroll. It's a complete different game and you need to get used to it. I don't know if you understand german but there's an article for standard moves HU on the flop which is pretty good. I would just start with it a few limits lower and then post a lot of hands here so you get a general feeling.
Play a couple of bluffs but only on flop and when somebody calls it fold it on the turn. Then wait for a killer made hand, bet on flop, check or call on turn and bet big on river. It works for me, but only on NL25 or higher, lower limits are kind off diffrent.
