All the charts are pretty straight forward, I'm just confused about the "actions against callers in front of you" chart.

My question is do positions not matter in this chart?
Eg. I'm in MP1 and UTG1 and 2 limp, the cahart says I should call with KTs.
In such an early position is this wise?

If it is listed as calling hand position dont matter, but if it is listed as raising hand when you should look to First in chart.
Eg. you are in UTG2 and have KTs. UTG limps. "Actions against callers in front of you" says that you should raise but because KTs isnt in First in chart for UTG2 you fold.
