Doubts about this:
- BB defense: When there is only a raiser it's easy, but when there are limpers + raiser or raiser + callers, what range are optimal? as we adjust the range of defense (3bet or call) versus raise + callers / limpers?
- Limp SB: What hands are appropriate for to overlimp SB? I base the Overlimps without any specific range, and I would like to have a reference range...
