I wont post my stats from one short SH Session on a .5/1-Table. The stats are scary - afraid that I am a LAG (FISH

Won 26.9%
Flop seen 42.6% !!
VPIP 43,52
won at flop seen 50%
PFR 30.6
AGR 5.23
Stats from pokergrader-client.
I doubled up my beginning Stack after a 10 BB down.
Was that only Lady Luck - 108 Hand are not much.
Hope that the german forum opens shortly - because its difficult for me use the english language. Perhaps difficult for u to read ;).

Let me ask so:
What are good stats in
VPIP
PFR
AGR
(range from to)
Want not play further SH without knowledge over the best range.
VPIP somewhere between 23 and 30 depending on style and table.
PFR should be close to VPIP on a tight table, but on .5/1 16-18 should be enough.
Agression factor is pretty good between 3 and 4, over 4 is generally considered as too agressive and under 3 sucks too ^^

Stats like this are quite normal when your swinging up. Mine from todays session with 500Hands and an average of 7BB/100Hands:
32vpip
23pfr
5,9 af
36 wts
52 won at sd
48 attend to steal
folded bb to steal 52
olded sb to steal 100
So don't panic.
But keep in mind that those are UPSWING stats. You shouldn't have such stats over 20K hands...
I guess 21-25VPIP should be ok and your PFR should be 3/4 of that. AF shouldn't be lower than 3...
LAG doesn't mean fish! It is a very very very dificult style to play as a beginner (probably why this site encourages TAG play), but certainly not fishy when done right. Even good LAGs are 30% over the long run, though 
Nice point to stress out ... Good LAG play is very very positional, with a lot of oppponent reading involved. Fishy LAG play is just betting and raising without a clue. Imo LAG play works best a higher limit games, especially No Limit Cash Games. Limit players should probably stick to the conservative TAG game ...
Well, it's pretty dificult to manipulate the pot in limit (as compared to no limit); I wouldn't even know how to LAG it up.
