btw. did somebody tryed getting 200€, and whats the point in it?

I got same thing and I installed the software but guess what they didn't let me keep anything.

I was $200 up which is the amount the letter says allow to keep, however the catch is, to keep the dollars you have to invest the equal amount of dollars, which is not what the letter says.

I called them and they explained this to me and I quoted what the letter said but they said their terms and conditions state investment is needed.

Its a big catch and one that is probably breaking advertising rules

Hey guys, got the same letter a few weeks ago.
In the German forum there is an older thread about it and pokerstrategy is already trying to find out which of the sites sent this letters.
Titan Poker is under suspicion but there is no proof.
I would just ignore the letters and throw them away
Btw. I would never install any software from a unknown company. And that this 200€ for free thing isn't trustable should have been clear from the start.

Well it's too good to be true, so i rather checked with you guys. I am happy to be a PS member.

I hope you'll find out who broke the Privacy Policy. I've alredy sent a warning mail to Yukon gold support, that they are breaking the rules and that they have to disclose where did they get my personal data. But i doubt they will.

Ok i received an answer from them.

I wrote yesterday to Yukon Gold:

Hello!

My name is XXXXXXXXX. I live at XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. Yesterday i've received your envelope at my home adress, containing your commercial and a CD with your casino software.

Why i am writing this is that i never registered at your site (Yukon Gold) or never agreed to receive any commercial product, real mail or email from you. I'd like to know
how and where did you get my personal data, so i can pursue the violators of privacy policy.
And beside that i demand that you immediately remove my adress from your mailing list, because i assume you don't have the right or my approval to send any letters or emails to me. If i enter my personal data anywhere, those sites are trusted.

I really hope that was only a mistake or misunderstanding and i wish you'll resolve this issue quickly and reply my with proper data.
